The Aging Process All of our meat is grass fed from selected farms in South Australia including the South East. There is a new generation of cross breeding taking place involving Black Angus, Limousine, Charolais, Murray Grey and others, etc.
Most of our beef is aged for more than 21 days on the premises and MSA approved (Meat Standard Australia) guaranteeing tenderness. We are now offering Wagu beef.
